The bursary scheme is aimed at supporting the bursary holders during their 3rd and 4th year LLB studies, covering class and registration fees. We are looking for a 5+PQE commercial attorney to join our Durban Head Office. The successful applicant should: Have experience in drafting a range of commercial contracts; Have experience in reviewing and advising on a range of issues including commercial contracts, commercial disputes and business related regulatory and compliance issues; Be capable of successful business development; Have advised in relation to mergers and acquisitions; Be experienced in researching and drafting opinions in relation to commercial issues (in this regard, anti-trust experience would be an advantage). Qualifications: LLB or 4 years Bachelor s Degree and admitted as an attorney 5+ years post article experience.
